Apartment Renovation
Originally erected in 1973 on the borders of Kaisariani and Pagrati, this 76m2 apartment was renovated and transformed into a modern, vibrant living space by blending contemporary design elements with the vintage charm of the original space. Our efforts here were focused on reorganizing the layout to better delineate the public and private zones of the house, creating a more functional and inviting living environment.

One of the standout features of the renovation is the use of curvy decorative structures throughout the apartment. These curves add a playful yet elegant touch to the space, infusing it with a sense of freshness and sensuality.
This renovation project is a perfect example of how thoughtful design and strategic reorganization can breathe new life into an old space, making it more functional, stylish, and enjoyable for its residents.
In the bedrooms, the wardrobes have been transformed into striking color zones. These bold, colorful wardrobes not only provide ample storage but also serve as focal points in the rooms, adding a dynamic visual element that contrasts beautifully with the otherwise understated decor. The use of color in the bedrooms is a nod to the playful spirit of the 70s while ensuring the space feels current and trendy.
