Apartment Renovation

Originally erected in 1963 in the vibrant heart of Kypseli, this 101m2 apartment underwent a complete metamorphosis. Throughout the apartment, careful attention to detail ensured that the renovation respected the building's 1970s heritage while introducing modern comforts and conveniences. The result is a sophisticated and welcoming home that pays homage to its history while meeting the needs of contemporary living.

A special feature of the renovation is the visual connection between the main hall, the kitchen, and the living space, achieved through the integration of two built-in bookshelves with a window-like art showcase compartment.

This integration not only enhances the overall cohesion of the apartment's design but also maximizes the use of space and provides a stylish display area for books, plants, and art pieces.

Special care was given to preserve elements characteristic of the 60s era. One of these features were the gypsum rosettes. These intricate ceiling decorations are quintessential to the 1960s aesthetic, and provide a stunning visual focal point in each room, enhancing the overall character and sophistication of the apartment.
